"Whitney Cummings is the funniest woman I know.  If she’s really a woman."
– Michael Patrick King, Writer/Producer/Director, Sex and the City

"Whitney is a dirty little girl, and I support her and her panties wholeheartedly."
– Chelsea Handler

"Whitney Cummings is my favorite new comedian. She makes me laugh until I cry and then I laugh until I cry again.

She's funny. And smart. And sexy. What the hell else do you want?" – Denis Leary

Dear Journalist:

A frequent regular on “Chelsea Lately” and “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,” stand-up sensation Whitney Cummings makes her DVD debut with the April 12th release Money Shot, from her highly rated and acclaimed Comedy Central special. The network has also nominated the show for “Best Stand-Up Special” at this year’s Comedy Central Awards. Released by Image Entertainment, Money Shot has an SRP of $14.98, with pre-book on March 15th. In addition, the title is available via digital download.

This performance finds Whitney hilariously riffing on a wide range of topics, chiefly the differences between men and women and how both tend to behave in relationships. She’s a cutting-edge “guy’s girl” who surrenders none of her femininity in order to be accepted by the male half, and in the process, she’s just as honest and critical of women as she is of men. Cummings has masterfully found an approach to her material that’s unique, compelling and groundbreaking.

Whitney has already taken the comedy world by storm. Her performances at Comedy Central’s Roasts for Joan Rivers and David Hasselhoff are legendary, and she’ll be back to skewer once again at the “Comedy Central Roast of Donald Trump” airing this month. She was voted “Comedian of the Year” by the Young Hollywood Awards, named one of “Top 10 comics to watch” by Daily Variety, recently hosted MTV’s 2011 New Year’s Bash, and boasts over 164,000 Twitter followers. And if that’s not enough, Whitney will be starring in a sitcom pilot picked up by NBC.

With Money Shot, fans can now enjoy over and over again what the Wall Street Journal called her “lacerating, economical wit” about the eternal struggle between Mars and Venus...on Earth.

A limited number of screeners are available for review.
