Shipping Information

We use FedEx for all our order deliveries. 

Please allow 2 days for handling and 5-7 business days for Regular Delivery.

If we have an e-mail address, an e-mail confirmation of the shipped order will be sent and will include a tracking number whenever possible.

Image Entertainment will ship to U.S. addresses only.  All prices are in U.S. dollars, payable in U.S. funds only.

Shipping Charges

$4.95 base + $0.99 each additional item.

Shipping Address Change

If the order has not been submitted to the warehouse for filling and shipping, there is a possibility to change the shipping address.
